 Using 3D digital product designing platform-transformer 3D designing system(3DTS),which is developed by Shenyang Transformer Research Institute. Compare with traditional 2D designing, 3DTS system has following advantages:
1、 Shorten design period;
2、 Change design Patterns thoroughly, take full advantage of computer 3D visual technology. Designer can veritably see the actual condition of designed products before put into production;
3、Intelligent designing, after structure is determined, all dimensions of related components are designed according to parameterized dimensions, which is fast and accurate;
4、Generate 2D engineering drawing automatically by computer according to its 3D physical model information. Generate specification list correspond with assembly automatically, can be used to guide production directly. |

| Electric field and magnetic field analysis |

| Cooperated with Shandong University, we developed ANSYS based transformer electric and magnetic field analysis platform, used for guiding development and design of products. This platform based on specific structure of our transformer, using inputted structure data accomplish modeling and finite-element analysis, accomplish numerical calculation and give analysis result, so that realize quantized analysis of electric and magnetic field. It greatly improves accuracy of designing and performance and security of products comparing with former analogy designing. |
